Returns and Refunds (Klarna Orders)
If you purchased using Klarna, the following conditions apply:
All items are eligible for return, including undergarments and intimate wear.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
No exceptions will be made — these terms are mandatory under Klarna’s policies.
Returns and Refunds (Non-Klarna Orders)
For orders not completed via Klarna:
Items may be returned if unused, unworn, and in original packaging within 14 or 30 days.
Undergarments or intimate wear are not returnable under regular policy (non-Klarna).
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
